Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Supreme Fleet Management website at supremefleetmanagement.com, related customer and technician portals, and communications we send about bookings. The site is operated by Supreme FM, LLC (doing business as Supreme Fleet Management).

By using the site or creating/using a login we issue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site lets fleet customers request mobile truck and trailer repair work, view related job history, and upload job-related documents or photos. Technicians and office staff use separate logins for dispatch and internal tools. The public pages describe our services and allow job applications.

Booking online is a request for service. Submitting a booking does not by itself guarantee a specific arrival time until we confirm or schedule it with you.

Accounts

• Customer, technician, and admin accounts are issued by Supreme. Do not share your password.
• You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Tell us right away if you think an account was used without permission.
• We may suspend or close an account to protect the service, other customers, or our business, or if these Terms are violated.

Bookings, uploads, and accurate information

• Provide accurate company, contact, unit, location, and job details.
• Only upload documents and photos that relate to your jobs and that you have the right to share.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or other people’s private information that is unrelated to the job.
• Emergency road service and after-hours work may still require a phone call; follow the instructions on the site and any confirmation we send.

Quotes, pricing, and work performed

Estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and payment terms for repair work are handled through our normal business process (including email and QuickBooks where applicable). These website Terms do not replace a written estimate, invoice, purchase order, or other commercial agreement for a specific job. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed or issued job document, the job document controls for that job’s commercial terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to break into, scrape abusively, overload, or disrupt the site
• Use another person’s account without permission
• Misrepresent who you are or which company you represent
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Supreme Booking Calendar (internal tool)

Supreme Booking Calendar is software Supreme uses on its own computers to help office staff read booking/PO/invoice email (read-only), place jobs on Google Calendar, and upload reports/forms to Supreme’s Google Drive folder. It is not offered as a public product on this website. Google sign-in for that program is governed by Google’s terms and by our Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy / Limited Use disclosure.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, logos, and software belong to Supreme FM, LLC or its licensors. You may use the site for its intended business purpose. You may not copy the site to run a competing service.

Disclaimer

The website and portals are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that every automated feature (including any assistive fill from an uploaded screenshot) will always be complete or correct. Always review booking details before you submit them.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Supreme FM, LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement for a job.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Supreme FM, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or inability to use it. Our total liability arising out of website use is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid specifically for website access in the 12 months before the claim (usually none), or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limit does not affect liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not rewrite liability terms that appear on a specific job estimate or invoice.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site, submit false information, or upload content you had no right to share, you agree to defend and hold harmless Supreme FM, LLC from claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that result from that conduct, to the extent allowed by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the site, you also acknowledge that policy.

Third-party services

The site may rely on hosting, email delivery, and similar providers. Google services used by Supreme Booking Calendar are provided by Google under Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires a different process.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California will have venue for disputes arising out of these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
