Information we collect on the website
Account and contact details
When we create a customer, technician, or admin login, we store information such as a username, password (stored in a one-way hashed form), company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. Customers may also keep unit lists and job history under their account.
Bookings and service requests
When you submit a booking, we collect the details you enter (for example company, branch, contact info, unit numbers, job site address, services requested, notes, preferred schedule, and related fields). We use this to schedule and perform the work and to follow up with you.
Uploaded documents and photos
You may upload service-request screenshots, unit photos, documents, or other files related to a job. We store those uploads so our office and technicians can do the work. Please only upload files that belong to the job.
Job applications
If you apply through our Careers page, we collect the information you submit (name, phone, email, city, experience, certifications, resume, and message) so we can review your application.
Technical and session data
We use a session cookie after you log in so you stay signed in while you use the site. We also keep ordinary server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) to operate and protect the service. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use website information
- To create and manage accounts
- To accept, schedule, perform, and invoice fleet repair jobs
- To communicate with you about bookings, status, and support
- To review job applications
- To keep the site secure and working
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer booking data for advertising or data brokerage.
Who we share website information with
- Supreme staff who need it to schedule, repair, bill, or support you
- Service providers that host or deliver the site and email (for example our website host and the email path that sends booking confirmations from [email protected])
- Legal or safety needs when the law requires it, or to protect people, property, or our rights
We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Supreme Booking Calendar and Google user data
Supreme Booking Calendar is an internal desktop program used by Supreme staff. It connects to a Google account that Supreme chooses (typically the company Gmail / Google Workspace account used for bookings and office work). It is not a product we sell to the public, and customers do not sign into Google through this program.
When an authorized Supreme user signs in with Google, the program may request these Google scopes:
- gmail.readonly — read email only, to find booking, purchase-order (PO), and invoice messages related to Supreme work
- calendar.events — create and update calendar events for scheduled jobs (for example on Supreme’s work calendar)
- drive.file — create and update files the program itself creates in Google Drive (for example reports and forms in Supreme’s own Drive folder); it does not request broad access to all Drive files
What the program does with that access:
- Reads relevant booking / PO / invoice emails to help match work and paperwork
- Writes calendar events for jobs
- Uploads reports and forms into Supreme’s own Drive folder
What it does not do:
- It does not send email
- It does not delete email
- It does not sell Google user data
- It does not use Google user data for advertising
- It does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to run Google’s own APIs for the signed-in account, or when the law requires it
Google user data obtained through these APIs is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features of Supreme Booking Calendar described above (reading related mail for office workflow, writing calendar events, and uploading the app’s own reports/forms). We do not allow humans to read that Google user data except: (a) the Supreme staff member who authorized the Google account and uses the program in the normal course of work; (b) when needed for security or to fix a problem; (c) when required by law; or (d) when the data is aggregated for internal operations in line with applicable law.
How long we keep information
We keep booking, account, upload, and related business records for as long as needed to perform the work, keep job history for customers and staff, meet accounting and legal needs, and resolve disputes. Job applications are kept while we consider them and for a reasonable period afterward. If you want us to delete or correct information we hold about you, contact us using the details above and we will review the request.
Security
We use HTTPS for the website, hashed passwords for logins, access controls for customer / tech / admin areas, and ordinary hosting security practices. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
Our website and tools are for business fleet customers and job applicants. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
- You can ask us to update account contact details
- You can log out of the site at any time

- Email or call us with privacy questions or requests
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the bottom will change when we do. For material changes that affect Google user data use, we will update this page and, when required, obtain fresh consent before using that data in a new way.
